  • 2025 Highlights

    • We achieved carbon-neutral operations for greenhouse gas emissions Scopes 1 and 2 as of December 31, 2025
    • We improved energy efficiency by reducing energy intensity by 38% relative to the 2008 base year
    • We increased the total property area certified under the LEED rating system to 35.6 million square feet
    • We initiated another 2.1 million square feet of retro-commissioning, bringing our three-year retro-commissioning program total to 15.3 million square feet
    • We completed a major heat recovery retrofit at 601 Lexington Avenue in New York, NY, as the first company in the cohort to fulfill obligations under NYSERDA’s Empire Building Challenge
    • We progressed contracted clean energy supply with the construction phase commencement of a 20 MW solar project, from which we will procure clean power under a power purchase agreement
