Kelley E. Lovshin

Kelley E. Lovshin serves as Vice President, Leasing, Seattle Regional Director. Ms. Lovshin is responsible for acquisitions and leasing in the region. Over a two-decade career in real estate, Kelley has been responsible for more than six and a half million square feet of new development and renovation projects in commercial, residential, and life sciences. Ms. Lovshin joined BXP in 2017 in the New York Region, relocating to Seattle to launch the company’s presence in 2020. Prior to joining BXP, she served as Vice President of Development and Construction for Stellar.

Ms. Lovshin is currently an active member of the University of Washington Runstad Advisory Board, ULI National IPOC Council, Downtown Seattle Association, NAOIP, and the Policy Advisory Board for Fisher Center for Real Estate & Urban Economics at University of California, Berkeley. She previously served as Chair on the Advisory Board for the Runstad Department of Real Estate at University of Washington. Ms. Lovshin received a Bachelor of Applied Science in Civil Engineering from the University of British Columbia and a Master’s in Real Estate Development from Columbia University.
