Jonathan D. Lange

Jonathan D. Lange serves as Senior Vice President, Los Angeles Region and Co-Head of BXP Life Sciences. Prior to his appointment to this position in January 2021, Mr. Lange served as Vice President, Los Angeles Region since 2017. Mr. Lange is responsible for leading all new business development in the Los Angeles market, as well as leasing and asset management for BXP’s existing Southern California portfolio. Prior to joining us in 2017, Mr. Lange served at Jones Lang LaSalle in the Los Angeles and Phoenix markets, most recently as Senior Vice President in the Capital Markets group. Over his career, Mr. Lange has overseen the development, disposition, acquisition, leasing, and financing of more than $4.0b of commercial real estate transactions. Mr. Lange is an active member of the Urban Land Institute, Santa Monica Chamber of Commerce, Habitat for Humanity, and Make-A-Wish Foundation, as well as a Board Member for the Santa Monica Education Foundation. Mr. Lange received a BS in Business Administration from the University of Arizona and an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
